Supermarket Simulator
Supermarket Simulator, developed by Nokta Games, was released in February 2024. This detailed and immersive simulation game allows players to experience the intricacies of managing a supermarket. Players step into the role of a store manager, overseeing every aspect of the business, including inventory management, staff scheduling, customer service, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
The game features realistic economic challenges, dynamic customer behavior, and intricate supply chain mechanics, encouraging strategic decision-making. Players can customize store layouts, product placements, and branding, enhancing their creative control. With its career progression mode, the game lets players grow from managing a small grocery store to building a supermarket empire.
Our games guru learned about this title through Sketch, a friend and colleague, who played it in 2024. Sketch remarked, “The strategy and creativity are impressive, offering an engaging experience and a deeper understanding of management and business simulation.”
SimWorld will begin airing this game series every other Friday, starting Week 2 of January 2025.
